01.Eligibility Check

We Accept

  • ✓ Item is unworn, unwashed, and spotless.
  • ✓ Original tags and packaging are intact.
  • ✓ Request made within 7 days of delivery.

We Don't Accept

  • ✕ Items bought on "Final Sale" or Clearance.
  • ✕ Scents, perfumes, or makeup stains on fabric.
  • ✕ Custom-sized or altered abayas.

02.How to Return

Step 1: Initiate Request

WhatsApp us at +92 300 123 4567 or email care@zyvle.com with your Order ID and reason for return.

Step 2: Pack It Up

Repack the item securely in the original ZYVLE flyer/box. Ensure the invoice is included inside.

Step 3: Ship & Refund

Send it to our address (details below). Once received and inspected (2-3 days), we will transfer the refund to your Bank Account or JazzCash/EasyPaisa.
